It takes under 10 minutes to get what we need from you. If you are a practicing physician, the biggest hold up is the time it takes for Alberta Health to process the Business Arrangement. Typically we are seeing turn around times of about one week from when we receive your information.
No. All our forms are online and can be digitally signed.
As a new physician, there are a few more documents you’ll need to complete to be able to process billing through Alberta Health. We’ll make sure you have all the right documentation and we’ll highlight what it is you actually need to fill in. We’ll take care of the rest. As with practicing physicians, the biggest unknown is how quick Alberta Health will process the paperwork. We typically see this happen in 2-4 weeks for new physicians.

Yes. If your billing agent uses ResolvMD software to process billing, we can provide you with access to the insights portal. We believe every physician should be able to have real time, transparent access to their billing information!

ResolvMD is on the forefront of the latest developments and best practices for privacy and security. All aspects of our system were designed to keep patient and personal information secure from the outset. We meet or exceed the specification outlined in the Health Information Act and conform to Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). All of your data is stored within Canada and is encrypted in transit via HTTPS and at rest (256-bit AES encryption).
